Please read these terms carefully before registering for any of our in-person courses. By enrolling, you agree to the conditions set out below.

Course Registration & Eligibility

Empire Academy welcomes learners of all backgrounds. Most of our courses are open to everyone.

Anyone can apply to a course that has no listed prerequisites.
Some courses may require prior knowledge or experience. Any requirements are listed on each course's detail page — please review it before applying.
Registration is confirmed only after we verify your details and receive payment (or a valid invite/discount code).
Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may request to cancel your enrollment by contacting our support team in writing.

Refund eligibility depends on how early you cancel before the cohort start date.
Fees may be partially or fully non-refundable once the course has started or after printed materials have been issued.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Empire Academy may reschedule or cancel a cohort; in that case you may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund.

Attendance, Commitment & Completion

All courses are delivered in person at our Asyut City, and attendance is recorded each session.

A minimum attendance rate is required to complete a course and receive a certificate.
Students are expected to arrive on time, participate actively, and complete any assignments or assessments.
Missed sessions are the student's responsibility; make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
Course materials are provided for personal learning use only.

Conduct & Right to Remove

Empire Academy reserves the right to cancel a student's attendance at any time and issue a refund where applicable.

We may remove a student if we find them not suitable for the program.
Removal may also occur for violating these registration terms, breaching public decency or general etiquette, or harassing fellow students or staff.
Disruptive, discriminatory, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Decisions regarding removal and any related refund are made at the Academy's sole discretion.

General Terms

The following general conditions also apply to your use of our services.

All course content, materials, and branding are the property of Empire Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time; the most recent version published on this page always applies.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

By completing your registration you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.
