Everything you need to know about the Sales role
We've gathered the most common questions about the role, pay, and contract. Read at your own pace — and if you have any other question, we're here.
About the role
You're a Sales Representative — you follow up with students interested in our courses, answer their questions, and guide them until they complete their booking and payment. You're the link between the company and the student, from the first question all the way to enrollment.
The job is mainly remote (from home), but some activities or training sessions take place at our headquarters in Asyut. Your regular day is from home, and we meet you at the office occasionally when needed.
You decide — you can choose 4, 6, or 8 hours a day, and a morning or evening shift, whatever suits you. You set this when you fill out the application form, and it's recorded in your contract. It's flexible part-time work that fits around your studies or any other commitment.
It's flexible part-time — you choose your hours (4/6/8) and your shift (morning/evening) in the form, and that agreement is what goes into the contract.
Yes — you get a dashboard (a CRM system) that you log into with your account. There you see the students assigned to you, track their status, and watch your target progress in real time. We give you full training on the system before you start.
Three main things: (1) following up on student bookings, answering their questions and completing registrations, (2) sticking to your work schedule and the agreed monthly plan, and (3) keeping student data confidential and maintaining professional conduct.
Pay & salary
Your income is made up of two parts: a base salary plus commission on every course you sell. All the figures and details are fully laid out in your contract.
It's based on how much of your monthly target you achieve — the higher your achievement, the higher your base salary, up to a maximum. The system is tiered so it rewards your effort, and all the tiers and figures are spelled out in the contract we'll send you.
If your achievement is in the lowest tier, you earn only your commission on what you sold; once you pass a certain threshold, the base salary kicks in and grows as you climb higher. These thresholds are laid out in your contract.
The performance reward is built into the system itself — the higher the percentage you achieve, the more your base salary grows, on top of the commissions added above it.
Target & percentages
The current target is EGP 35,000 in confirmed sales within the month. This figure is set by management through the system, it can change, and any change shows up in your dashboard right away.
A 'month' here is a 30-day cycle that starts from the date your account is activated on the system — not the calendar month. So every 30 days is a fresh cycle.
It's your sales as a percentage of the target. For example, if you sell half the target, your achievement rate is 50%. The system calculates this automatically, and it's the basis for setting your base salary.
It's a student who has actually paid for the course. Only confirmed (paid) sales count toward your target and commission — not just interest or a booking without payment. Note: course prices may differ or change depending on availability.
Commission & courses
You earn commission on every course you sell, and the rate varies from one course to another based on the rate set for it in the system — all detailed in your contract. Commission is paid out after the student has paid the full course fee.
The company's courses (such as graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and others). Each course has its own price and commission rate, all visible to you in the system, and prices may change depending on availability.
Time off & schedule
Rest days are set through a schedule agreed on monthly, in a way that fits client timings and sessions — flexible according to the nature of the work and the month.
Rest days and emergency or sick leave are unpaid unless you provide an official document supporting it. Official public holidays recognized in Egypt are granted as normal.
Contract & payouts
Official documents that we verify: your academic qualification, certificates, and national ID. If you refuse to provide them when asked, or provide incorrect documents, the agreement is considered void.
The contract takes effect and all its terms activate from the signing date. It renews monthly based on your performance and target achievement.
If you achieve less than 20% of the target for two consecutive cycles, the company has the right to end the contract. Otherwise, renewal continues as long as performance is good.
Either party may end the contract with 14 days' prior notice, and after all dues are settled.
At the end of each monthly cycle (30 days from your hire date) — base salary and commissions together.
If a student refunds the course fee, its value is deducted from that cycle's sales, and any commission or salary difference paid based on it is recovered from the next cycle's dues.
Any change to the target value takes effect from the start of the next cycle — it's not applied retroactively to a cycle already in progress.
Unconfirmed students (those who haven't paid yet) at the end of the contract may be reassigned by the company to the team with no commission obligation for them — and you're only paid commissions on sales confirmed before the end date.
